Three Week Course (Jan. 4-22) / Online – Synchronous /TWR 3-5:30 PM/ 3 credits / Dr. Stephen Tropiano

Electronic Media Criticism focuses on the representation of race, gender, gender identity, and exuality on American television. The course is designed to cultivate your critical thinking and writing skills as we examine classical and contemporary television programming. The screening list for past classes have included AtlantaPoseDear White People, Fresh Off the BoatBlack-ishThe George Lopez ShowJane the VirginMaster of None, and Warrior. 

The course fulfills ICC requirements for Writing Intensive and Diversity Designated.
