Announcing the Retirement of Cheryl Thomason

It is with mixed feelings that I write to share that Cheryl Thomason, Director of Benefits Programs, has decided to retire from Ithaca College after over 26 years of dedicated service to Ithaca College.  Throughout her time at IC, Cheryl assisted countless employees as they navigated various life events, from onboarding as new hires, to integrating work and life through family and/or medical leaves, and all the way through to retirement and beyond.  We wish Cheryl well!  Should you require benefits assistance, please reach out directly to benefits@ithaca.edu and your inquiry will be directed as appropriate.

A long-time icon in HR... This is sad news for the college
for sure, but good news for Cheryl. Always such a bright
smile and welcoming personality - not to mention a wealth
of informaton for all of us. We sure will miss you!!!
