The leave of absence and withdrawal process for the college is now being managed by the Academic Advising Center!   

The interest form that was available via workflow has been removed.  Faculty and staff may still submit a referral form for a student interested in taking a leave of absence, continuing a leave of absence or withdrawing permanently through workflow.

If students have questions regarding the process, the following link should be used: https://ithacaedu.formstack.com/forms/academic_advisor_contact_form .  Students need to make an appointment to have their leave of absence, continuing leave of absence or withdrawal completed by scheduling a virtual appointment.
