Your HSA tax documents are now available through PayFlex. Login to view and print your documents. 

Eligible claims under an FSA have a filing deadline of March 31, 2021. You can also do this through PayFlex Mobile app or online at www.payflex.com.

Questions regarding account balances or claim status should be directed to PayFlex at 1-888-678-8242.
