Don’t Forget to Submit your Flexible Spending Account Expenses by March 31

If you paid for an eligible medical or dependent care expense out of pocket during the 2020 plan year, you have until March 31, 2021 to submit those expenses for reimbursement. Otherwise, any remaining balance will be forfeited.

How to submit claims for reimbursement:

You have a few options for filing claims:

  • Submit your eligible claims online by logging in to your PayFlex member website at payflex.com. Then select "file a claim" to get started.
  • File a claim through the PayFlex Mobile® app.
  • Complete a paper claim form, then fax or mail it to PayFlex. Claim forms can be found on your PayFlex member website.
