IT Service Desk Hours and Availability for On Campus Semester Startup

The Information Technology Service Desk has extended its hours of operation as shown below to support the start of on-campus hybrid classes for the spring semester:

  •  Week of 02/07: (Phone/Chat Support and Walk in support)
    • Sunday: 12 pm - 5 pm (remote support only)
    • Monday - Thursday - 7:30 am - 6 pm
    • Friday: 7:30 am - 5 pm
       
  • Remainder of the Spring '21 Semester: (Phone/Chat Support and Walk in support)
    • Sunday: 12 pm - 5 pm (remote support only)
    • Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 6 pm
    • Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
