Update Regarding IC Health Badge System

Contributed by Dan DeCaria on 02/05/21

The IC Health Badge will be temporarily offline at a minimum the afternoon of Thursday, February 4 and the morning of Friday, February 5 to provide essential maintenance and updates to the functionality of the system. Students will still be able to complete their Daily Health Screening, and should do so, however, students will not be able to display a badge upon request at this time.

As you may be aware, Hammond Health Center has been in the process of implementing this new badging system, which is a user-friendly interface to help display student compliance with the Daily Health Screening Form and twice per week surveillance testing. During the soft launch of the system this week, the college noted some essential updates needed to how the system displays badge information. The Hammond Health Center is currently working with the system vendor to swiftly deliver this essential update.

If the maintenance timeframe must be extended, the campus community can expect to receive a follow-up communication.
