Spring 2021 Updates for CAPS

Welcome back, students!  CAPS will continue to only offer virtual services for this semester.

In addition to our individual appointments, we are currently offering a variety of other virtual services (both drop-in and appointment based).

  • Let's Talk will be held Monday through Friday from 12 to 2 PM
  • Skill-based groups and support groups (you do not need to be a CAPS client to attend and you can attend as many or as few sessions as you would like)
  • Semester long groups (many of these groups require a semester-long commitment; contact CAPS for more information)
  • Crisis Hours will be held Monday through Friday from 2 to 4 PM
  • After-hours on-call counselors available Monday through Friday 5 PM to 8:30 AM and 24 hours a day on weekends and during closures
