IC Mail Service is not able to accept packages or items from direct delivery services. This includes any entity attempting to deliver items or packages without a complete recipient address, tracking information, valid sender address, etc.

Examples of ineligible direct delivery services include, but are not limited to:

  • Food deliveries (pizza, wings, subs, etc)
  • Grocery deliveries (such as Instacart)
  • Direct store deliveries (such as Walmart, Target, etc)

Any student, faculty, or staff member who places an order for one of these types of direct delivery services does so at their own risk and discretion.
