Campus Well shares some sleep tips!

Getting enough sleep and still feeling tired all the time?

Head to Campus Well to learn about some possible causes.

Consider Wellness Coaching if you want to make some changes to your sleep routine. The staff in the Center for Health Promotion at Ithaca College are Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches. They specialize in working with students around issues such as sleep, moving your body, substance use, growth mindset and more.

Center for Health Promotion now offers web booking through the MyICHealth web portal.
