 Chris Holmes, Associate Professor of English, co-edited a special issue of the journal Modern Fiction Studies (MFS).

 The issue, "Ishiguro After the Nobel," gathers essays by Australian, UK, Canadian, and American scholars writing about Kazuo Ishiguro's importance to the contemporary literary culture. He co-edited the issue, and co-wrote the introduction, "Re-Reading Kazuo Ishiguro," with Harvard Professor Kelly Mee Rich. 

Chris commissioned the beautiful original artwork for the cover--two portraits of Ishiguro, young and older-- from his former IC student, Lola Oretade, whose incredible digital art can be found at Lolaida_ on instagram. Please reach out to her for profession art projects.
