A great course no matter what field you are in - hands on with great experience activities and interactions with professionals! Take Introduction to Therapeutic Recreation, provided by the Department of Recreation & Leisure Studies this Fall! Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:50-12:05! 

An in-depth study of the scope of Recreation Therapy/Therapeutic Recreation (RT/TR). Students study the historical and philosophical foundations of the profession. The role of therapeutic recreation professionals in the spectrum of healthcare and human service settings serving clients with a variety of disabilities is explored.
