The Women's Mentoring Network (WMN) has partnered with Public Leadership Education Network (PLEN) to offer a session on "Overcoming Imposter Syndrome".

Ever feel like you aren't good enough? Like don't deserve the position you have? Ever feel that you aren't qualified in your role?

In this session we will discuss how to recognize imposter syndrome and build the skills necessary to overcome those feelings. This is a feeling that can hold us back in our careers and professional goals, but with the right tools, we can mitigate its impact and reach our full potential.

Join us on Thursday, April 29th, at 12pm EST.

The purpose of the Women’s Mentoring Network is to enable faculty and staff who identify as women at Ithaca College to connect in meaningful ways to support their goals. Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Julie Dorsey at jdorsey@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-1078. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
