 We need volunteers to help staff Spring Fling on Friday, May 7, 2021.

 We are looking forward to an afternoon and evening of food and fun to celebrate the end of the semester. We need assistance from volunteers to make sure the event is not only fun but also adheres to all health and safety protocols. We are looking for volunteers to help with the following Spring Fling Events:

Lawn Games 12-3 pm

Food Tents & Outdoor Dining  2:45-6:15 pm

Inflatables 2:45-6:15pm

Outdoor Movie 8-10:30 pm

Silent Disco 7:30-11:00 pm

In order to assist with these events all volunteers must be fully vaccinated with their vaccination card on file with IC or must test negative for Covid between May 1st and May 7th.  We need about 50 volunteers to cover all of the events. Please complete the Spring Fling Volunteer Form in order to share with us your interest and availability. We will get back to you shortly with a confirmation of your shift assignment.
