We are excited to be able to offer a unique experience during the Spring 2022 semester in Beijing, China coinciding with the 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics.  The Global Health & Experiencing Beijing Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games is being led by Dr. Hongwei Guan and several other faculty in the School of Health Sciences and Human Performance.  Students and faculty will be guests of our partner institution, The Capital University of Physical Education and Sports.  Students will be enrolled in Ithaca College courses and have the opportunity to experience the 2022 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games while in Beijing.

Dr. Guan has led numerous study abroad events to China which have been wonderful experiences for students to learn the culture and educational system in China.  This experience provides a once in a life-time opportunity for students to combine these opportunities with all that is in the Olympic Games.  Please note that enrollment is limited to 20 students.  Students from all schools across campus are invited to participate.

This is a follow up to our May 4th initial meeting. However even if you didn't attend that first meeting all are welcome to learn more about this exciting experience. We are offering two sessions both on Wednesday May 26th. One at 10:00 AM and one at 8:00 PM. The information will be the same at both sessions so you only need to attend one. To attend either session, go to the following zoom link: https://ithaca.zoom.us/j/8283919898?pwd=WEF6THZuU01YQVpmMmxsV1hFaWZjQT09

Program pending final College approval. All program plans and activities subject to modification due to COVID-19
