Join members of the Ithaca Asian American Association for a discussion about current events surrounding racist hate and violence against Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) people.

We will discuss how the local community can support AAPI neighbors and contribute to a safe and welcoming community.

Panelists will include IC Associate Professor of Writing Nick Kowalczyk; Ithaca High School sophomore Grace Lim; and Grace Xing, an associate dean and engineering professor at Cornell University.

All are welcome, but because of the sensitive nature of the discussion we recommend this program for ages 16+.

This program is coordinated and cosponsored by the Ithaca Asian American Association, in celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.
