There are so many things to do as the semester ends, don’t forget about your mail! We offer the following suggestions to help provide continuity in your mail-related services.

Begin notifying the publishers of magazines and newspapers you receive where you will be in May. Their toll free numbers and web sites are usually listed in the front or back of the publication. This mail class is not forwarded by the USPS from our College. The USPS notifies the publishers of the permanent address we provide on the publication and then discards the mail piece.

We will sort mail into mail boxes until May 16th. All packages will be collected at the Phillips Hall Post Office.

Mail must be picked up from the residence hall mail rooms (except Circle Apts.) by 8:30 a.m., Monday May 19th. After that time, all mail will be moved to the Mail Center located in the General Services Building.

Some Firefox users have reported (and ITS has confirmed) that word wrap in OWA is not working correctly when typing a message (the typed text does not wrap to a new line). Microsoft acknowledges the problem and is investigating. The workaround is to use a different Web browser, such as Chrome or Internet Explorer (Windows), or Chrome or Safari (Mac).
