After the American Studies Association (ASA) declared its support in December for an international boycott of Israeli academic institutions, President Tom Rochon and other academic executives across the country hastened to condemn the ASA's action and the boycott. During the winter break, President Rochon issued a statement in Intercom.

Cornell Professor and ASA member Eric Cheyfitz will present a case in support of the resolution, for which he voted, and discuss responses to it at a public talk on Tuesday, February 25, at 7:00 p.m. in Klingenstein Lounge, Campus Center.

M Lot at the Athletics and Events Center will be closed for event parking Wednesday, Feb 19 through Saturday, Feb 22.  All Faculty/Staff and Students that utilize this lot will need to plan accordingly around this week’s event. SASP will be present and the lots will be barricaded prior to each event, any cars left over night will be ticketed and towed.

SAB Comedy Presents: Upright Citizens Brigade.

Check out the Upright Citizens Brigade touring company perform a night of comedic improv as they take over Ithaca’s very own IC Square! Some of the funniest writers and actors on television began their careers with The Upright Citizen Brigade, including various performers on shows like Saturday Night Live, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, 30 Rock, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, and many others.
