Our 2013 IC Student Wellness Survey will launch on Sunday, February 24th. The survey helps us keep up to date on the changing health and wellness needs of our students.

Hello IC!

Come join us in the Fitness Center for this year's College Interactive Cycling Challenge.  The challenge will be uitlizing our four Expresso bikes.  We are competing against 66 other colleges and universities across the United States in both total miles ridden (currently 4th place) and miles ridden per bike (currently 5th place). The casts, crews and orchestras of Ithaca College’s current production of two Puccini one-act operas represent dozens of students from across the globe. Performances of “Suor Angelica” and “Gianni Schicchi” will be held at 8 p.m. on Feb. 20, 22, 26, 28, and March 2. A 2 p.m matinee will be offered on Sunday, Feb. 24, with a talk-back led by conductor and music director Brian DeMaris immediately following the performance.

The US Postal Service recently (1/27) made sweeping changes in their package services. This has significantly impacted how we receive and distribute packages for students. So now, only about 10% of packages which previously went to all mailrooms will go there. The remaining 90% has been added to the load at Phillips Hall Post Office and the Mail Center.

The image database will be down for upgrading all day on Wednesday, February 20. Please plan for your work accordingly.

Effective Friday, March 1, 2013, the Center for Print Production will assume responsibility for accepting and filling orders for official college name badges. Departments will be recharged for all new orders placed after this date. The Division of Enrollment and Communication initially funded these badges in recent months to assist with the transition to the new style and ordering system.

Scriptwriting competition. The conference is scheduled for November 2013 in Los
Angeles.

The script competition is open to nonproduced or nonoptioned writers only. The
deadline for entries is Monday, April 30, 2013.

Second Place: $150
Third Place: $100
