The Ithaca City School District hosted the New York State School Music Association’s (NYSSMA) Area All State Music Festival for junior high students on Friday and Saturday, November 4 and 5, 2011. Participants from the Ithaca College School of Music included faculty, alumni and students.

Dr. Ezenwanebe is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Creative Arts, University of Lagos, Nigeria. She has a B.A in English Education from the university of Nigeria, Nsukka; two Master of Arts Degrees: in English Literature (Drama and Society in England) and in English Language (Nigerian English), and Ph. D in Drama and Society all from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

5 week Spring 2012 IICC Project mini-course

 

Where do great ideas come from? Can we become better at generating them? A series of significant challenges are posed, and a rich variety of creativity techniques and principles are introduced to meet them. Creativity skills that will apply in many contexts are developed. Pass/Fail. 1 credit. No prerequisites. LA.

Business Idea Competition

The Business Idea Competition began two months ago. After weekly workshops, presentations, and ideas floated, 24 teams presented their business ideas to judges in a semi-final round one week ago. The semi finals cut down the teams to 12 for the final round.
