Dr. Ezenwanebe is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Creative Arts, University of Lagos, Nigeria. She has a B.A in English Education from the university of Nigeria, Nsukka; two Master of Arts Degrees: in English Literature (Drama and Society in England) and in English Language (Nigerian English), and Ph. D in Drama and Society all from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Where do great ideas come from? Can we become better at generating them? A series of significant challenges are posed, and a rich variety of creativity techniques and principles are introduced to meet them. Creativity skills that will apply in many contexts are developed. The Business Idea Competition began two months ago. After weekly workshops, presentations, and ideas floated, 24 teams presented their business ideas to judges in a semi-final round one week ago. The semi finals cut down the teams to 12 for the final round.
