It's that time of year to be thinking about Commencement.  Your help is requested to serve as a Field Attendant for the upcoming May 2011 Commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 22, 2011.

Your help is necessary to ensure that the ceremony is carried out in an orderly manner.  Responsibilities for Field Attendants include managing the on field student seating and maintaining order.  Many of us have played an important role during the 2011 graduates' experience at Ithaca College and this is one last opportunity to do so again.

Refreshments will be provided and non-exempt employees who assist during commencement are paid according to the College overtime policy.

Please contact me, Brian Scholten, at bscholten@ithaca.edu or extension 4-3075 if you would like to work as a Field Attendant helping graduates on this special day.  Your help is appreciated.
