Kristyn Lingenfelter, Assistant Registrar for Student Services and Lorie Holmes-VanDusen, Associate Registrar, presented on the topic of “Student Services in the Age of Entitlement” at the 2010 MSACROA (Middle States Association of Registrars and Offices of Admission) conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania on Tuesday, November 30.  Their presentation was attended by more than 70 participants and they have been asked to present on the topic again at next year’s conference in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
