Cortaca Jug

Contributed by Brian McAree on 11/08/10

As you know, the annual Ithaca College vs. SUNY Cortland football game is scheduled for Saturday, November 13, at noon at Cortland.

Any person wishing to attend the Cortaca Jug game must have a pre-purchased ticket in hand.  At this point, the game has been declared a sell-out (at both Ithaca and Cortland) and no tickets will be available at the gate.  Tickets available through online sales for Ithaca alumni also have sold out.

The game is scheduled to be televised live in Cortland and Tompkins Counties on Time Warner Cable (Channel 6 in Cortland, Channel 16 in Ithaca). The television broadcast will not be available via satellite. The game will also be broadcast live by WICB (91.7 FM); WICB’s broadcast will be available at http://www.wicb.org/

For those with tickets attending the game, please refer to the letters below from C. Gregory Sharer, Vice President for Student Affairs, SUNY Cortland, and myself, and the Ithaca College team captains.  The letters contain important information about this exciting event.
