Packages that have not been picked up from resident hall mail rooms by 4pm Friday, December 11th, will be moved to the Phillips Hall Post Office for pick up during exam week. The Phillips Hall Post Office is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

If a package has been moved to Phillips Hall, a blue card notification will be placed in your mail box. These packages will be forwarded to the permanent address on file if not picked up by 2:30 p.m. on Friday, December 18th.

Beginning Monday December 7th all packages that arrive will be held at Phillips Hall Post Office and email notifications will be sent as Mail Services prepares to eliminate packages in the mail rooms.

During exam week, mail will be delivered to all resident hall mail boxes, but the mail rooms will not be staffed.
