Submitted for Mark Coldren, AVP for Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources is pleased to bring online time reporting with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to the Ithaca College campus beginning in August 2009.  It has been a challenging road to create a process that would allow us to move away from paper Time Report Forms (TRF) and using paper accrual sheets to recording both our time on the job and our paid time away online. This is the first of many communications we will be sending out as we move closer to implementation.

Summer Hours 2009

Contributed by Tanisha Malone on 05/05/09

The summer hours program will begin Friday, May 22, 2009, and continue through August 7, 2009. During this period, full-time employees will work two fewer hours (37-1/2 hours reduced to 35-1/2, 40 hours reduced to 38 hours) and receive their usual compensation.

Ithaca College's official business hours will end at 3:00 p.m. on Fridays instead of 5:00 p.m.; thus giving many of our employees a chance to get a head start on the summer weekends. This year there will be 12 Fridays on which the official hours will be reduced by two hours.
