Read more . . . (133 words) The National Weather Service has issued a windchill warning for the Ithaca area, meaning temperatures could feel like they are 20 to 30 degrees below zero outside. As a result, Ithaca College has delayed opening on Thursday morning. The opening time for offices on Thursday will be 10:30 a.m., and classes will start with the 10:50 a.m. class period. Any classes scheduled prior to that time will not be held. Essential personnel are requested to report to work at their normal times.

Dr. Sara Haefeli (School of Music) Awarded Prestigious Research Grant and is Guest Speaker at Northwestern UniversityContributed by Sara Jacobs on 01/30/19 Sara Haefeli was awarded the John Cage Research Grant to fund work in the John Cage Archives at Northwestern University. Haefeli is working on a large-scale research project called John Cage in the Summer of Love (1967–1969). She will be presenting her preliminary findings at the musicology colloquium at Northwestern on Thursday, January 31, 2019.
