María DiFrancesco, Associate Professor of Spanish and Chair of Modern Languages & Literatures, recently traveled to Trinity University (San Antonio, TX) to deliver an invited lecture entitled, “Space and the Body in Pedro Almodóvar’s La piel que habito.” During her trip to Trinity, Prof. DiFrancesco also taught a guest class on Alejandro Iñárritu’s film Biutiful (2010). Prof. DiFrancesco’s visit was facilitated by the “Mexico, the Americas, and Spain” (MAS) program, which supports opportunities for intellectual engagement with Hispanic language, life, and culture.
