This is a reminder for faculty and staff about the new telephone and voice mail systems coming in January. If you use voice mail and/or a display phone, this information is important to you.

As recently announced, ITS and Verizon are implementing new telephone and voice mail systems next month, which includes replacement of all multi-line display phones. The new voice mail system is now accessible in order for you to set up your voice mail box. Remember, any voice mail greetings for departmental extensions will need to be re-created as well (this is different from departmental voice mail trees, which will be transferred to the new system with assistance from a Verizon representative).
