 Dunnick to Kiev

Professor of Music Kim Dunnick has been invited to judge the brass competition and perform at the Tchaikovsky (National) Conservatory in Kiev, Ukraine. 

Professor of Music Kim Dunnick has been invited to judge the brass competition at the Tchaikovsky (National) Conservatory in Kiev, Ukraine. In addition, he will present a masterclass for trumpet students and perform a solo with the orchestra.  The event is in conjunction with the 75th Anniversary Celebration of the inclusion of brass instruments into the conservatory in 1935.

Dunnick was a judge and featured performer at the Kiev International Trumpet Competition in 1998 and is one of two former US judges invited back for this celebration.
