Are you interested in participating in the IC A Healthy Me Challenge but want just a little bit more information? Well, we're not going to spill the beans on everything, but we'll give you a sampling of what you can expect:

  • Try one of the provided low-fat meal recipes at least once this week
  • Walk an average of 9,000 steps per day this week
  • Eat at least 2 servings of fruits and vegetables at least 5 days this week
  • Attend at least 2 group exercise classes or complete 1 of the sample weight training routines on the Recreational Sports website at least twice this week
