Do You Eat When You are Stressed?

Contributed by Katie Sack on 03/12/15

We all get stressed out at one point or another in our lives. The majority of people turn to eating as a method for relieving stress. However, the real challenge is managing stress that is sustainable for the future.

Join us as Aviva Berkowitz, a senior Public and Community Health major, presents "Eating Smarter When You're Stressed Out" on March 31, 2015 in the Human Resources Conference Room (PRWC, GL52) at 12:10pm. RSVP are appreciated to benefits@ithaca.edu

In her presentation, Aviva will be discussing what causes stress, exploring how nutrition plays a role in stress, and creating ideas to manage stress in a healthy and nutritious way.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Katie Sack at ksack@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-8000. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
