As part of the Work/Life Summer Wellness Series, Dr. Mike Massari will be presenting a “Sleep Seminar” workshop.  The purpose of this Summer Wellness Series is to help you become a healthier and happier YOU!

On Tuesday, July 7th, from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm in the HR Conference Room (GL52) in the Peggy Ryan Williams Center, Ithaca Chiropractor Mike Massari will base his workshop on sleep wellness. At the workshop, you will learn the best sleep positions, strategies, how to get the most restful sleep possible, as well as the best tips for getting a great night’s rest.
