All are welcome to practice mindfulness on Sunday afternoon October 2 1-5 pm in Hill 107. If you are looking to relieve stress and really take "time out", join us for an afternoon of mindfulness. No experience is necessary to take part in a variety of activities including yoga as well as seated and walking meditation. Questions contact Mary Ann Erickson merickson@ithaca.edu.
