A New Look for Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Beginning in February, you’ll see a new look for your Employee Assistance 
Program (EAP).

BalanceWorks will be switching to NexGen EAP and will
continue to provide you and your eligible dependents free, confidential
resources such as:

  • Counseling Services
  • Child/Elder Care Resources
  • Legal and Financial Consultations
  • Virtual Concierge
  • And More

You can continue to use your BalanceWorks username and password to access all EAP Services at www.nexgeneap.com. If you experience difficulty logging into your account, please call 800.327.2255. 

New members can create an account by using their Ithaca College email and the Company Code 1489.
