The Division of Finance and Administration would like to invite members of the IC community to remotely view the second round of vendor demos to replace our current ERP system (Parnassus).

As mentioned in a recent Intercom posting, the Division of Finance and Administration is conducting a search for a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System to manage our financial functions. This system will replace our current financial Oracle system (Parnassus). Selected vendors came to campus to present their product in early May. Representatives from Facilities, IT, Auxiliary Services, Student Affairs, Business & Finance, Athletics, Provost, AIR, HR, Advancement, as well as from all five schools, participated and provided feedback during this selection process. After thoughtful and collaborative discussion, the vendor pool was narrowed down to three. All three vendors will be remotely offering a follow-up demo to members of the IC community, giving stakeholders across campus an opportunity to ask follow-up questions.
