Wondering about more ways to get better sleep? The Center for Health Promotion offers IC students a variety of free resources to help you get better sleep. Check out the Outreach Center in the main entrance to the Hammond Health Center where you can pick up sleep tips, Wellness Coaching brochures (a free IC student resource) and free sleep kits.
