The IT Service Desk, along with all other areas of IT, will be closed from 8-11 AM on Wednesday, March 13th to conduct a shelter-in-place drill. Please see the recent Public Safety Intercom for more details.

During our closure, please use our "after hours" procedures to report a critical technology issue:

To report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people:

  • Call the Service Desk at 4-1000
  • Select option #4
  • You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed, followed by a phone number to call to report the outage.
