Do you want less stress and more energy? Qigong is an ancient mindfulness and movement practice. We will do warm ups, stretches and flows to stimulate and move the vital life force in our bodies. No experience is necessary and all levels of fitness are welcome. Come as you are- no special clothing or equipment is necessary.
