Learn how to stay grounded in stressful moments with this 5-minute meditation practice from Campus Well.

If you are looking to find a sense of balance, consider wellness coaching from the Center for Health Promotion or an Anxiety Toolbox group from Ithaca College CAPS. Email healthpromotion@ithaca.edu to learn more about these free, confidential sessions or head to the CAPS website. **Please note that both of these services are open to IC students only.
