Phillips Hall Post Office and Mail Services Will be Closed 1/13/15 from 1:45 – 3:00. No Afternoon CollectionContributed by Karen Serbonich on 01/12/15 We will be closed for an in service training. There will not be an afternoon collection of mail or packages from Phillips Hall, H&S Deans Office, the PRW and Alumni buildings. Please bring all additional outgoing mail to the Mail Center between 3pm and 3:15pm for dispatch on Tuesday. Contact Mail Services at 4-3371 with questions. Employee permits for 2015 are available to order online. Current Employee Parking Permits will expire on January 15, 2015. You may order your new parking permit online at https://www.ithaca.edu/sacl/parking_registration.php. When registering online, please identify your preferred delivery method. Permits can be delivered via campus mail, picked up at our office or mailed to your home address. Please contact us if you have any questions.

This will be reflected in a variety of mail items that are shipped; first class parcels of music recordings or media recordings, first class parcels of acceptance items, priority mailings of documents that weigh over 13 ounces (Admission materials, diplomas), sports items, and other parcels with tracking.
