The WMN grew out of an initial President’s Seed Grant to support mid-career faculty women in spring 2018. Through the work of the grant, the women involved recognized a larger need across campus for all women and the vision for the WMN began to take shape. The WMN is open to faculty and staff, and has a 3-prong framework including group events, mentoring circles, and individual mentoring.
