This is a reminder that all performance reviews must be completed and acknowledged by this Friday, July 18, 2014.

Supervisors should log into Parnassus and be sure that all employees who report to them have acknowledged their performance reviews.  Reviews are not considered complete if they have not been acknowledged.

To acknowledge the performance review, an employee must log into Parnassus and select the notification from his/her “worklist” (not IC Employee Self-Service).  Opening the notification will allow the employee to view and acknowledge the performance review.

If you have any questions, please call Eileen Jacobs at 274-3847 or Human Resources at 274-8000.

As a reminder, all vehicles parked on campus must be registered with the Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management, located on Farm Pond Rd. The cost of an upperclassman parking permit for the 2014-15 academic year is $128, Fall semester permits are also available for $64, first year permits are $500. You may order your permit online today by going to www.ithaca.edu/safety/parking or in-person at Parking Services. ITS has been working with Microsoft to determine why the scheduling permissions for all Outlook Calendar resources have been lost/re-set. So far, Microsoft has not been able to determine the cause of the problem and has suggested that the most expeditious and reliable resolution is to have resource owners manually reset the scheduling permissions for their resource(s).

ITS has sent a direct email to all resource owners with instructions on how to re-set the scheduling permissions.
