I am pleased to announce the recipients of the Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 London Center Faculty Sabbaticals.

Catherine Taylor, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Writing (School of Humanities and Sciences), plans to spend the Fall 2014 semester in London and proposes to teach “Reading and Writing the London Essay.” Dr. Taylor writes, “I can think of no greater pleasure than teaching a course that brings together my love of London, the form of the literary essay, and my commitment to helping students understand and express their various relationships to their physical, political, emotional, and intellectual landscapes.”
