A test of the Ithaca College Emergency Notification System (ENS) will take place during the noon hour this Wednesday, Feb. 5. It will include a test of the Outdoor Warning System, which features a siren tone and a loudspeaker message. There is no need to take any action in response to the tests.

The 12th annual Women in Leadership Experience (WILE) will occur on March 22, 2014 in Seneca Falls, New York. The retreat offers a tradition of networking and focusing on engaging dialogue among the participants, exploring the perceptions of progress for women, including a look at challenges that different generations have faced. The theme for this year is Women in the Media.

All faculty planning to conduct research or classroom activity involving live vertebrate animals for research and/or teaching must obtain prior approval from the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee before undertaking that activity. This committee provides federally-mandated oversight of all activities that have a direct impact on the well-being of animals.
