The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures will be hosting its annual Multicultural Voices Celebration & Awards Ceremony on Monday, April 22nd from 4:30-6:00 pm in the Handwerker Gallery. This celebratory event honors our outstanding seniors--both majors and minors--and gives all IC language students an opportunity to express their passion for languages and cultures through various performances: songs, poetry readings, one-act plays, and/or other creative activities.

This course will describe the structure, transmission, replication, prevention and treatment, and associated pathology of viruses.  The course will discuss the historical, cultural and economic impact of clinically significant DNA and RNA viruses such as HIV, influenza, HPV, hepatitis, Ebola and norovirus. (3 credits) Fall 2013; MWF 8-8:50, Hill 107.

Dr. Kari Brossard-Stoos of the Department of Health Promotion and Physical Education will teach the course.

***Good time for Spring cleaning, isn't it? Eco-Reps are asking for donations of clean, unwanted item. Please drop off all donations to TIOLI***

Take It Or Leave It (TIOLI) is a year-round program where anyone from the IC community is welcome to donate or take whatever they want during open hours. The TIOLI room is located in the basement of Clarke Hall. To get in, a whiteboard at the main entrance of Clarke will have the number of the Eco-Rep working who you can call to let you into the building.

Dropping off clean, lightly-used items is highly encouraged. We want to keep our shelves stocked all year-round. One person's trash is another person's treasure!
