She served as a dialogue editor for the three-part Ken Burns film “Prohibition,” which aired on PBS. (81 words) Tompkins County Under Tornado Watch Until 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 26Contributed by David Maley on 07/26/12 The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch for Tompkins County and surrounding areas in effect until 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 26. A Tornado Watch means that conditions are favorable for the development of severe thunderstorms producing tornadoes in and close to the watch area. Those living in watch areas are advised to monitor weather reports for a possible upgrade to a Tornado Warning, which means that a tornado is indicated by radar or sighted by trained storm spotters. Processes from other systems that connect to Homer, e.g., Student Manager Self-Service in Parnassus, will also be impacted by this migration. (This list is not exhaustive).
