Ithaca Dining Services will have drop boxes in every dining hall, and the marketing office above Terrace Dining Hall Monday, Nov. 28th – Friday, Dec. 2nd for donations to local troops.

 Gather up, CDs, DVDs, books (in good condition) or toiletries. You can also write and drop off letters for the soldiers!

Performing kind acts can improve stress-related health problems such as high blood pressure, headaches, and depression, and can provide health-promoting social connections, a sense of belonging, and decreased feelings of hostility and isolation.
