That's right, the Living with Grief group members want you to know you are not alone.

Living with Grief is a weekly drop-in support group for students coping with loss.  The format of the group provides an opportunity to share, ask questions, listen, give and/or get support to help you cope with loss as a result of death.

If you have experienced the loss of someone important to you, consider dropping-in to the Health Promotion Resource Room, just down the hall from Counseling and Psychological Services (lower level of the Health Center; enter through lower level entrance on the parking lot side of the building).

The group meets at 5:15 every Thursday; no appointment is necessary.

Persons requiring accommodations should contact Dr. LeBron Rankins at lrankins@ithaca.edu as soon as possible.

Believe it or not, the choices you make today have an impact on your opportunities later in life!
