Greetings and best wishes to everyone as the semester comes to a close. Returning home for winter break can be wonderful and exciting, but sometimes stressful. This new addition to the LGBT Center website provides a list of resources full of information, support and diversion created especially for you during winter break.


Wishing you the best of luck during finals week, and a safe and happy winter break!


Packages that have not been picked up from the resident hall mail rooms, (except for College Circle) by Friday, December 14th will be moved to the Phillips Hall Post Office for pick up during exam week. The Phillips Hall Post Office is open 8- 4:30PM, Monday – Friday. If a package has been moved to Phillips Hall a blue card notification will be placed in your mail box. These packages will be forwarded to the permanent address on file if not picked up by 2:30PM, Friday, December 21st. During exam week, mail will be delivered to all resident hall mail boxes, but the mail rooms (except for College Circle) will not be staffed.

More Adobe CLP Software Released

Great News!

Additional Adobe CLP software was just released. This includes two software applications and one software package available for purchase by Ithaca College students, faculty, and staff through the IC Bookstore.

Adobe released two applications for purchase under this CLP program:

1. Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 for Windows XP/Vista or Mac at $109

2. Adobe Flash CS3 Professional for Windows XP/Vista or Mac at $129

The Adobe software package just released is Adobe CS3 Web Premium for Windows XP/Vista or Mac at $249.

This package includes Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Adobe Flash CS3 Professional, Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended, Adobe Illustrator CS3, Adobe Fireworks® CS3, Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional, and Adobe Contribute® CS3

These items are available to order immediately.

Join the Park School and the Department of Cinema, Photography, and Media Arts for the opening of Warship Images: The Final Exhibition, a photographic exhibit with a vast array of artwork from Ithaca College's senior Photo Workshop class.

The Fitness Center will be closed Saturday, December 22, through Tuesday, January 1.

The center will be open weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from Wednesday, January 2, through Friday, January 18.

This semester's online order process started Monday, December 3, and will close on Saturday, January 5, 2008.

Remember to place your order early to have the best opportunity to obtain used books that can save you 25% over new book prices.

To avoid the Bookstore rush in the middle of January, place your textbook orders prior to Saturday, January 5. The textbook system will not be available for the spring semester after this date.
