The chapter documents the relationship of our IC2 Project mini-courses for integrated learning with the business concept of the T-shaped individual—one who has great depth in a specialty as well as the ability to communicate across multiple disciplines. The Ithacan is looking to hire a community outreach manager. This is a paid student position. This position, while focused on engaging all readers of The Ithacan, will specifically be working to better understand The Ithacan’s relationship with marginalized communities on campus by hosting monthly community discussions and through organizing data concerning The Ithacan’s sourcing and staffing trends. Since this is a newly created position, further development of the position’s responsibilities may take place. We’re looking for someone who is willing to bring new and inspiring ideas to The Ithacan to make it a more inclusive, welcoming space for all students. Read more . . .
